Hourly Rate:

Our pricing structure is based upon a rate of $40.00 per hour — which is broken down into 15-minute intervals. Why do we charge by the hour instead of offering a set price for a particular service? We don't feel you should pay a set price for a service that may take very little time to complete. Charging for the amount of time we spend on your project is the most honest and fair method we can think of.

We use the software program, MacFreelance, to log our time and to generate our invoices — this way you know exactly what you're paying for. Our prices are highly competitive when compared to other, similar services.

Estimates:

Our estimates are based upon the amount of time we think a project will take to complete based upon our past experience with similar projects. In order to prevent any surprises along the way, we offer a high estimate on our time so that you will have an idea of what the maximum cost might be. We usually finish in less time than we estimate and, in the rare occurance we take longer, our price is capped at the estimate we offered —  so you won't be paying more than what was agreed upon. Nobody like surprises and you won't receive any at Cellar Studio!
