Payment—

1. Credit card/PayPal (preferred): You may pay me via credit card online using the secure services of PayPal. A link has been created on the website that will allow you to make your payment to me using your major credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal; and it is considered one of the more secure ways to make a payment on the internet.
2. Personal/Business Check: I can accept personal or business checks.
   Please make your checks out to David Frohmader and NOT to Cellar Studio.

Once payment is received in full, your project files will be released to you — either online or via physical shipment with the files burned to a CD or DVD.

Invoicing—

I will create an invoice for the services performed. The invoice will list each service, the time spent to perform that service, and the price per hour for that service. The invoice will either be printed and mailed to you or, if you prefer, it will be generated into a PDF file and that electronic file will be e-mailed to you. Net payment will be due 15 days upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been made prior to the due date.
